The sales assistant was helpful and polite but not pushy. He know his product. I knew exactly what I wanted and he supported me to make my purchase he was able to book my delivery on the day I wanted I have since received confirmation via email and information via text message I have bought 3 previous beds from Dreams and have never been disappointed I will return again

After having tried several mattresses the staff calmly and friendly came to help us find the right one we were looking for. Good advise and no pressure was experienced by us as family. As the forms were filled, a Coffee was offered and we left the shop satisfied and accomplished!

Salesman took time to understand my needs. He offered us a drink, made further recommendations when we didn't like certain mattresses.

when we came into the store Nathan smith came over asked if we was ok and i explained we had been i 18 months ago and brought a mattress and bed and wanted to buy another bed and double mattress as well. I told him what bed it was i was looking for and he took me to the desk and pulled it straight up on the computer in between this he offered us coffee which was very welcoming and also gave my daughter some sweets. His knowledge of all products was really good and did not get pushy on any thing at all. He answered all our questions. i would go back time and time again if we get this service well done nathan Smith

Martin who served me today what a really nice guy he was so helpful he discussed everything twice over what a pleasure doing business with him coming back in a couple of weeks to place another order for my mum I hope Martin will be there to take the order

Caroline who helped me was excellent and very professional
