The salesman, Nathan Smith, was very informative, even bringing a small item of furniture from floor one to ground floor to show me what was available.

I had purchased from Dreams previously and I liked the layout of the store, the ease of choosing a suitable bed and mattress and the knowledge of the staff. We purchased without any pressure and were satisfied that we had explored all the options available.

We were looking for a mattress for my adult daughter and didn't know where to start. The sales man was very patient with us and started by showing us a middle of the range mattress. We were then shown both a more expensive model as well as a cheaper one, and felt no pressure at all to purchase the more expensive one and were encouraged to base our choice solely on comfort.
