The customer assistant was really helpful - we have been beed shopping for a while now at other stores and this assistant was the reason we made the purchase - listened to what we were after and was clear and concise without showing us too many things.

Store appeared clean and tidy, Caroline was very helpful and knowledgeable. She pitched it just right in providing assistance as well as giving us space to try out the products on our own.

I was highly satisfied due to the store being so clean and tidy and also the wide variety of products the store has. The customer service was spot on from the moment you walked in to the moment you leave. The staff also have a very wide range of knowledge on their products and really do help you when choosing the right bed for you.

The store team wer happy to let us walk around and look at the items but also happy to answer any questions we had. Made it a very refreshing visit compared to other stores we visited that day
