Very polite staff who took time to explain different mattresses and there functions

It was a dream! When we walked in we were greeted by a few of the team who asked if we wanted a coffee. We then tested out a few mattresses. Before Shah came over and asked what we were looking for and that we should try the sleep machine out. We tried that then tried some mattress with a very comfy pillow! Once we found the mattress we wanted we went to order it and again was asked if we wanted a coffee. The whole process went smoothly and we also brought some comfy memory foam pillows! We have since changed the delivery date on the internet as something had come up after ordering it. That was a doddle to. All staff had masks on even though we didn’t need to so did a lot of the customers which was good

Raj was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were even offered a coffee! He spent a lot of time with us and was very friendly.

On Saturday morning, we spoke to Amir. From the Watford team. He was very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. He explain the products, answered our questions and gave us the space we needed to try the different mattresses and discuss our experiences.

The store assistant Fran was helpful and friendly. He didn’t try and push a sale on us which was much appreciated.

They gave us time to have a look around first, before approaching us, to ask what we are looking for. The staff were very welcoming and knew when the right time was to ask if we had found what we were looking for. They made sure we were happy with our choices and helped us with the delivery of our items. As we are awaiting a moving in date so was worried we would have the bed delivered and would have to try store it somewhere.

Amir was very knowledgeable about the products. He helped us select our goods but did not hurry or hassle us to get a quick sale
