Bought a mattress that's sagged after 4 nights. Looking at the email receipt I've been lied to. Tried to post a 1 star review on your website and found you have not accepted it, the wording is honest yet I am not guessing you only accept positive reviews. I read the reviews before buying but now I realize they are selective reviews. This is shocking I've been conned. I am contacting Joe Lycett. Is it normal for sales people to do this?

The delivery date was the 11th Feb and the bed as not turned up yet with no one contacting me the day before to let me know. i waited in for the delivery which never turned up, then to find out that you had rescheduled via email the delivery for 21st Feb. Very disappointed no one contacted me via phone to let me know.
