Great customer service at Dreams Wakefield.

Stated requirements, colleague gave a bit of information, then tried some beds. When happy with bed, talked about fittings and colour. Then had time to think about it

The staff member was very professional, friendly and efficient.

My wife has multiple sclerosis and I have suffered from a bad back with a previous mattress to the point where I could not get dressed upon waking up. We bought a Harrison spinks mattress from another store just 6 months or so ago and have realised that we were mis-sold, as although my back ache has gone my wife is finding the bed impossible to sleep on. We came to the Wakefield store to use the machine to tell us which type of mattress would suit the both of us. We were helped by the store assistant who showed us the results and took us around the beds that were recommended. He was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. We finally bought a mattress that hopefully will suit us both and last us a lifetime. We were both very happily surprised with how quickly the new mattress could be delivered. Top marks will be recommending the tore to anyone who asks.

Went to Dreams Wakefield. The 2 chaps there were so helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. The service we received was above and beyond. We even got to try out the machine which advised which sort of mattress to buy. Amazing technology. I would highly recommend Dreams. And will definitely not go anywhere else in the future.

Could not have been more helpful. We were shown the full range of mattresses and bed frames. Asked if we could have the mattress and frame delivered separately on different dates and we were told no problem
