Friendly service and even though it was after closing time at the shop, we weren’t hurried it any way

I came into the showroom twice. on the first visit I spoke to Malcolm who told me all about the product I was interested in. There was no pressure just very helpful. i returned a second time to buy the product and Malcolm wasn't in that day. his colleague was just as helpful but realised I knew all about the product and that Malcolm had dealt with everything and so put the sale down to Malcolm which I thought was admirable.

We went into the store with a problem and received excellent advice from a very pleasant and efficient young man. Thank you

Had a full explanation of the different mattresses which helped us decide which one we wanted which we wouldn’t have been able to decide without assistance. We did not feel pressured and the sales assistant was polite and helpful and gave us the space we needed to make up our mind. Could not complain about anything

We needed help to understand the different mattresses and what would suit us best. The sales assistance was very helpful and explained everything fully, he spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed.

I found the bed I wanted for my daughter and there was 20% off mattress. It was quiet so I spoke to sales assistant straight away who ordered it.

Member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, tried to help me on comfort and price and went through all options with me. Excellent!
