As soon as my wife and I walked into the store it felt warm and welcoming, no pushy sales people just happy to let you browse at your leisure but also offer assistance when needed.Mel and his lady assistant were very professional in the way they helped us with our choice of product. My wife and I have both worked in trade and retail environments and you know when you have good staff. Those two are well worth keeping.
