Jason (store manager) very friendly and welcoming. Helped me chose the best mattress for me and had good knowledge of the products

Salesman very helpful explained the colour codes for different mattresses so easy to spot which we were interested in and because we took out the extra insurance were given a couple of freebies, all in all a pleasant experience.

Mel who served us was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the Harrison Spinks bed we purchased. Nothing was too much trouble and we found him very helpful.

Nicola was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy.

Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses on display.

Only went into see what was available as I am on a budget but as the staff member explained I could get my bed ordered and pay it off monthly I got it ordered as soon as I chose the frame and mattress I liked

No pressure sales .!we were shown all aspects for what we were after and left to look round and check the goods out before we asked for assistance For extra information which we were given .before purchasing the items we wanted I must point out this his our way of shopping .

Friendliness of staff,

I was served by Melvyn at the Wakedield branch. He was so helpful, I wasnt sure what type of bed I was looking for. He was able ro show me round the showroom and encouraged me to try the beds properly as if I was at home. I ended up buyi g more than what I originally thought I wanted as he was informed me about the finance deals that Dreams offers. I wasn't aware that you offered 0% finance. I will be less reluctant to buy a bed in the future and would visit Dreams to buy it from.

I found both Jason and Nichola to be very knowledgeable about the products and purchase and delivery process. We were made to feel very welcome and unrushed. Jason provided us with excellent product choice encouraging us to try out various beds until we found the perfect one to suit our particular needs. We were offered refreshments while we were placing our order and should she have required it our 7 year old granddaughter was also catered for with an activity table. We would recommend this store to all. Thanks for a very friendly and efficient service.
