the sales rep - Omar was exceptional and basically sold us the bed He took the time being very patient. we only went in to take a look but from start to finish he was great - we were 'fitted' he took us round several beds (several times) and gave us time. All round he knew his stuff and we just decided to buy there and then - entirely because of him

the assistance was very patience not pushy .considerate because of our age . we like the way he stood back when we were discussing about which one we liked .He shared with us good information .
