Dreams - Wakefield

The second I walked into the Dreams store I felt welcomed. Like I would have been if I were to walk into my own family home. I instantly felt a friendship with the staff member who served me. He was knowledgeable, smart, well kept and funny. I was unsure of what bed I wanted and have struggled with this for years. But he instantly brought me to a machine to which I will now be telling everyone of. It took measurements from me, gave me what he liked to call a "free massage". Which was quite amusing. Then selected the perfect mattress to suit my needs. The sales assistant then took me through a variety of different options and helped me to select the best one for me. I can safely say I am satisfied. All my business is definitely coming to dreams from now on.

Melvyn was great in Wakefield store and helped me and my son

We visited twice .The first time we visited to find a bed we wished to purchase.We returned a couple of days later to place an order.We saw the same salesman so did not have to go over it all again. Another salesman made us a drink,!

Melvyn the assistant at the Wakefield store was excellent, knowledgable, extremely helpful and funny with it. His 2 colleagues at the store were also helpful and they all worked together as a team to help us buy the perfect bed package.

In dreams it was the best customer service we have received in any shop that sells beds. The staff member helped us understand what type of mattress we needed and why we needed it. The sleep match really helped us in picking our mattress that was right for us. Could not thank them enough.
