the sales man was a great help in helping us to decide which beds to buy a kingsize and 2 single beds. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress and beds and we took his advice into consideration why choosing.

Information was related to me as and when I requested to a very high level and pleasant to be able to meet my requirements.

Melvyn the assistant at the Wakefield store was excellent, knowledgable, extremely helpful and funny with it. His 2 colleagues at the store were also helpful and they all worked together as a team to help us buy the perfect bed package.

We visited twice .The first time we visited to find a bed we wished to purchase.We returned a couple of days later to place an order.We saw the same salesman so did not have to go over it all again. Another salesman made us a drink,!

In dreams it was the best customer service we have received in any shop that sells beds. The staff member helped us understand what type of mattress we needed and why we needed it. The sleep match really helped us in picking our mattress that was right for us. Could not thank them enough.
