Omer was very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. He helped us get the mattress we wanted where we had failed to obtain it online

Engaged with straight away, used the mattress machine to shortlist our needs, sampled a few mattresses and pillow, looked at bedframes as well. Purchased all.

I was dealt with by Melvyn and Jason, both of whom where very relaxed, friendly, and patient. They know their products well, and they were extremely helpful, and kind, and they made the whole experience feel rather easy.

The second I walked into the Dreams store I felt welcomed. Like I would have been if I were to walk into my own family home. I instantly felt a friendship with the staff member who served me. He was knowledgeable, smart, well kept and funny. I was unsure of what bed I wanted and have struggled with this for years. But he instantly brought me to a machine to which I will now be telling everyone of. It took measurements from me, gave me what he liked to call a "free massage". Which was quite amusing. Then selected the perfect mattress to suit my needs. The sales assistant then took me through a variety of different options and helped me to select the best one for me. I can safely say I am satisfied. All my business is definitely coming to dreams from now on.
