We were so impressed with the customer service we received when visiting your Tunbridge Wells store. Dan was absolutely brilliant. Sufficient attention, but not hard sell, highly knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite and incredibly helpful. The set up of the store was great with the current covid situation, with hygiene playing a major role. I will certainly be recommending the store to anyone I know looking for beds. Many thanks to you all and congratulations on your first class customer service!

The social distancing and PPE measures in place made it feel like a safe shopping experience. The sleep match tool was incredibly helpful to help identify a suitable bed and we were really impressed with the attention to detail from staff members. It was an easy and stress free experience purchasing our new mattress.
