The customer experience at the Tunbridge wells store was excellent. We were greeted in the way in and everything was done at our pace which was most enjoyable. No hard sell just clear facts and a very friendly welcome. well done!

Mel was extremely helpful. She listened to everything we needed and gave us great advice. She also left us to look things by ourselves when needed. She went the extra mile, offering us drinks too.

Carol couldn’t do enough for me and took the time to go through all of the available options. I feel really happy with my choice of bed and Carol made the whole experience really easy

Went to buy a new mattress with my mother in law, her husband had passed away a fortnight ago. Mel was incredible, so understanding, patient and also kept conversation light, she was amazing. Her Product knowledge excellent, not pushy in the slightest, respectful of the budget. Just can't express how good she was. She made what could have been a difficult experience easy, which we are really grateful

Natalie was more than helpful. I was not made to feel intimidated when I decided to purchase a slightly cheaper priced mattress, in line with my budget. Delightful sales lady with excellent product knowledge.
