After walking into your large shop I was immediately acknowledged with a Good Morning. That instantly put me at ease as felt the contact was genuine. Your assistant Mel was so helpful and listened to me. She showed me the products that I was considering and took me upstairs to look at the ottoman in the grey fabric. After the 3 minutes on the trial bed was greeted with a lovely cup of coffee. I left purchasing a bed, because I felt confident with the information I had received. Have done a great deal of research on the internet which I do not enjoy and all the concerns I had evaporated. Well done. Also had a pillow to try, and when I wished to try it again it had been put away by the young gentleman, this made me smile as it demonstrated that they were working as a team. Also it kept the showroom tidy.

We had a giggle & we got the job done without any fuss or cringe-worthy sales patter! A great team effort all round & Ben was the cherry on top of my 'dream' cake...
