We were welcomed into the store, given time to browse, offered the sleep analysis to gauge our mattress needs and shown a variety of options, given time to consider after which we selected a mattress and frame. The ordering service was efficient and the sales person explained the products well.

The whole process of finding a new bed was so much simpler than I'd anticipated. Sheena was so knowledgeable and helpful, and an order was placed quickly.
