Mel was very helpful! Me and my dad popped in twice in one day as I was having troubles deciding and both times Melissa was friendly and helpful letting us know where the items we wanted were and helping us when it was time to make a decision! Overall great experience!

The lady who showed us around was extremely helpful - she knew what she was talking about and understood exactly what we were looking for and tried to help find the perfect match for us! She was patient during the paperwork and us asking loads of questions - and did everything she could to speed up the process of delivery! We would highly recommend going back to dreams!!

Dan was fantastic and extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time going through my options and remembered me when I came back a few days later to to re look at the products. He had extensive knowledge and didn't pressure me into a decision at all. I did find that the choice of bed bases was limited and many of the draws under the beds were not very strong. So I didn't buy a base from Dreams but I am looking forward to receiving my mattress

Friendly staff very helpful made sure I checked information was correct , I would have liked to take mattress with me straight away as mine is very uncomfortable to sleep on but I only have to wait a week so to be honest that’s quite quick I would definitely use dreams again and I’ve already told friends and colleagues about the mattress I purchased in sale and one even said she would go and have a look as she needs a new mattress

Assisted at the entrance instantly, who had given us time to look around ourselves and yet was always around and available when I had a question to ask. Thorough knowledge of different mattresses by the staff so that I could pick my options easier. Always happy and polite. (Went to dreams on two separate occasions to pick the mattress that I have now just purchased)
