Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Went in knowing what I wanted. Sales assistant found it all immediately. Very helpful.

we have purchased from your new maldon store and tunbridge wells and were very please so we took my 86 year old mother in law for a new bed, the assistant could not have been more patient if he had tried, she is a little infirm and uses a walking frame but he was brilliant with her, and very knowledgeable, she has a lovely new bed being delivered tomorrow.

This is the 2nd bed in 6mth I have bought from this particular branch. When I made my first purchase the person assisting me was personable, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him. When I returned in May I was immediately recognised from my first visit which was incredibably impressive! I'm please to say, although this particular person didn't assist me this time, the person assisting me (Mark)was every bit as charming. They both communicated well with me and had fantastic knowledge of your products. They even 'upsold' me on additional products, without being in the slightest bit pushy. A really joy to do business will. I'll certainly come back for my next bed!

Because the Dreams Colleague, who's name was Mark was very thoughtful and helpful. My Dad , who was doing the shopping is 87 years old but knows what he wants . Mark seemed to understand what my Dad wanted and did every thing to assist in being helpful and kind

The assistant, Marlon, was very helpful and pointed out your 'Buy 2 items of furniture and get 1 item free' which I hadn't even spotted - even though there were signs throughout the store!! I then bought 2 bedside cabinets and got my beautiful bed absolutely free. Well done Marlon!!

When my partner and I entered the store at Tunbridge Wells, we were asked immediately asked if assistance was needed and we suggested we were browsing! When I then spoke to the same person that had initially asked us on entering (Natalie) for help regarding a specific type of bed! She went above and beyond to get us what we needed and satisfied all of our needs and more! My partner and I walked away feeling positively excited and pleased with our purchase! We were also given a cuppa whilst doing paper work and a lot of thought and advice given regarding delivery!

This was my third visit to the store to choose a bed. All occasions the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Natalie approached us but gave us the space my husband and I needed and was there to help us make our purchase and talk through the benefits of each product to suit our needs. She had a lot of patience & was great with my daughter (who is nearly 2) which really helped. I loved having a coffee while we placed the order and the whole process seemed relaxed and inviting. Thank you Natalie (& Glenn who I previously saw too!) I hope the bed we have chosen will live up to expectations - we are very excited for the delivery date 18/6/15 :)

We shopped at the Tunbridge Wells Industrial Estate branch. Natalie served us and was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and was really attentive to what we were looking for. So helpful. We had a really positive experience. The staff seemed to have a good rapport between them.
