Great information from staff and trying beds out

From the moment we arrived, we were treated courteously and nothing was too much trouble.

On entering the store I was approached by a sales person and was able to state what I was looking for and led in the right direction.

Staff member Maisie was very helpful, listened to criteria for our needs & then iscussed various options for beds that would meet them. We weren't rushed & encouraged to take our time to better inform our decision.

Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I can’t remember the ladies name, however she was amazing. Been there 15 years, knew all of the products, explained the health and safety, polite about my child, friendly, professional, explained the insurance. We have been looking for a sofa in sofology and it was a breath of fresh air when dealing this your staff. I honestly couldn’t praise her anymore! You have a good staff meme we there. I want to say her name is Nicola but can’t remember. We visited on Friday 27th receipt number 8050 at 11.21 tunbridge branch

Dan, who served us was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - great knowledge and advice to help us decide the most suitable bed. Very progressional service.
