The sleep 'profile' analysis was helpful suggesting potential mattresses. I was given ample time to try out different beds and reflect on their different qualities. Also, just the right amount of information about the products without being bombarded with excessive technical details or cross examined about my 'experience'. My questions were listened to answered. I was given the time, space and help to properly consider my choices, and I felt very comfortable with my final decision.
