Immediate access to knowledgable snd helpful staff. Used the mattress analysis machine which confirmed my choice of mattress. Very pleased that both mattresses were readily available.

Customer service was exemplary. Quality and diligence in sourcing the perfect mattress was perfect. I have high hopes the product will match up to the store service!

Amazing service. Easily the best shopping experience and customer service I’ve received in a long time. Great choice of beds and an extremely knowledgeable member of staff. From choosing the bed in store to it being delivered (and old one taken away). Can not fault a single thing. These days people are very quick to criticise shops and service but Dreams are first class!

Big open plan to the store was inviting. The lady who served us was top drawer of customer service. She saw that my son and I where talking whilst looking round and was reading our body language to know when we ready for help. On top of that she had worked out what we where looking for before even starting. Lead us though the process whilst making sure that we were well informed. Made us feel welcome and almost not want to leave.

The experience from start to finish has been outstanding - people are so quick to shout when something is wrong but it isn’t as equally shouted about when you receive great service. Sheena at the Tonbridge wells store is outstanding, who is clearly very passionate about her job and as store manager you can see the culture she has cultivated within her team as every interaction with every team member (and we did speak to everyone on the shop floor on the second visit) was a delight. Everyone we interactive was attentive but not pushy, informative, authentic not scripted. Their knowledge was impeccable and we felt very looked after and comfortable. Well done Sheena & well done dreams you obviously look after your teams in store very well and hire the right people for your brand!

The Sales Assistant, Carol, was superb. Not trying to push anything down our throats like some sales people. Good honest, professional advice. Superb - give her a pay rise!

Our sales lady Carol from the Tunbridge Wells store was very friendly and even included our children in the process by letting them try mattresses and show them where the colouring table was. Her product knowledge was second to none and she really listened to our needs. All staff were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
