Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The store manager (Dan) spent a lot of time to help us select the correct bed for our comfort. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. Dan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dan was very helpful - no pressure but available when we needed him. He knows his stuff and he read us well. We felt confident he had sold us the right bed for us.

Colleague (Sheena, Tunbridge Wells) really understood what we were looking for. All of our questions were answered and we were happy with the beds she showed us. Didn’t intend to buy a bed, but felt confident and happy to go ahead with a purchase after our chat with Sheena.

It was nice for once to go into a store and for someone to spend the time to ensure you purchased an item that fully met your needs. Listening and providing useful inform. Not trying to sell you a more expensive item than you needed. It was a pleasure, I can't rate the service highly enough.
