Mel was very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered us a hot drink whilst we chatted about mattresses and when we placed our order. Good selection of mattresses to choose from and we were allowed to take our time in trying them out. We did not feel bothered or pushed into a purchase. We felt at ease the whole time and all questions we had were answered ina friendly and proffessional manner.

Robyn from the tunbridge wells store was very friendly and polite. As a new employee she needed assistance with a few bits but handled it very professionally

The three ladies we spoke to were just so lovely and friendly(the store manager who I didn’t catch her name, Carol & Natalie. They were all so helpful and helped each other too. Natalie who processed our order was super. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Made us feel very much at ease. Also, the coffee and hot chocolate was amazing!!

Ben our sales assistant found the right mattress for me and my wife showed us a good selection and made us a cup of tea. All round good experience

The salesperson, Sheena, was very accommodating and knew exactly what we were looking for and showed us what was available.

The lady who came to help me choose my bed could not have been kinder.As I suffer with my back and hips she explained everything to me ,and before I knew it my bed had been chosen and paid for.Again she made me feel part of the family, made me a cup of coffee and every thing was completed.I would recommend Tunbridge Wells Dreams to anyone Thank you for making it so easy

Mel in the Tunbridge Wells branch was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. Made the process smooth and easy. She was polite and friendly not only to me but also the young disabled man I work for who was with me at the time. Also the other member of staff (I think the manager) was amazing as well.

The assistant Daniel was highly knowledgeable,very polite and did not rush us at all, He took our order and told us when we should expect it and we didn’t feel pressured into buying he offered us drinks of which we had coffee which was most enjoyable,a very satisfying experience

Wanted a specific type of bed… a trundle. Melissa was able to show us one immediately & demonstrated its use. She was extremely pleasant & knowledgable & completed our order efficiently, explaining the process of delivery very well. A very pleasant experience.
