Great communication, found exactly what I needed

Lovely staff member & got my daughter involved as purchasing for her.

Great to go into the Tunbridge wells store and talk to Dan who took time to u delays f what we wanted and give fantastic advice resulting in a large order

Excellent customer service and happy with purchase.

Very friendly staff, who were informative and most of all did not mind my daughter trying out, which included lying, standing and jumping, swoping pillows when the first was too hard!! on every single bed in the store until she found the one which was just right! I had a coffee while waiting for a decision from my daughter, which gave me time to discuss delivery and mattress cover protection. Genuinely a really positive experience.

Your colleagues (Mel and Dan)were very helpful and knowledgeable - we were impressed with the level of customer service they gave.

Dan in the Tunbridge Wells store was very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. He directed me to the top quality mattresses only because I ask him to and gave me useful information on them.

As soon as i walked in the door we got greeted by dan who was very helpful and answered all the questions i asked without hesitation

Mel was great. She was informative and straight to the point. Never once did we feel like being pressured in to buying. She said just enough and then left us alone to have a think about the mattress. We decided to buy. Everything was easy. No problems. No irritating small talk that sales staff have a habit of doing. I like it she was professional throughout. Thank you Dreams.
