Dan addressed us as soon as we entered asking how he could help. We didn’t know where to start when it came to a mattress. Dan put us on the special mattress that tells you what might be right for you. So we went round the store swiftly as he knew where they all were. Hearing my pros and cons and directing me on to one that might suit me better. A great knowledge of the products and an answer to every question! And we didn’t hold back on those.
