The customer service assistant was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant but was not 'pushy" leaving us to make an informed choice in our own time.

The service that we received was extremely good. The assistant was friendly and helpful. The tea & coffee we were given was a lovely touch. We didn't feel at all pressured into purchasing anything but we had all of our questions answered with clarity.
