Excellent customer service shown by Mellissa, with patience, care and understanding of an 81year old’s needs for a new bed. No pressure shown, with time allowed to make a decision following ample information given following questions. All together a pleasing experience with a very satisfactory conclusion.

Clean store very well managed and manger carol was very helpful alone with Dan we went as a family and wanted two beds very happy

Efficient, friendly, well informed staff. Our assistant was helpful and polite, humorous. Loved the scanner and were happy with its results. Looking forward to being in our new bed.

Went in to the store to buy a mattress, ended up buying two. Fabulous store assistant offered us help with our choices (Robyn, Tunbridge Wells branch).

Dan in particular but all staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help which made our visits enjoyable and not a chore.

Salesman approached us quite quickly and told us all about the sleep match machine. Took us through all the matches after in detail. Talked us through options with purchasing etc... Offered us water. Once we decided on a mattress salesman sorted out diposit and finance. Finance took a while so he through in some pillows for waiting.

From the moment we walked through the door Sheena at the Tunbridge Wells store could not do enough to help us and ensured we were able to find exactly what we were looking for quickly and easily, including trying out many different mattresses and pillows. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful without being over bearing or pushy with the sales.

We had Karen helping us. She was very helpful and super friendly. Always a smile on her lips and she really did understand our needs. Will buy from her again any time!
