Excellent customer service from Carol and Jon.

l am disable and in a wheelchair and l had care and attention all the time from dreams.

Saleslady took time to understand our needs and made us think over our initial thoughts and suggestions. She had a very good level of knowledge and experience and met Allowed time by ourselves to try out beds and walk around. Given coffees. No pressure to decide anything even though we took 2 hours to arrive at our decision.

Natalie the lady who looked after us took so much time to help us and work out the best bed for us.All the staff seemed lovely

Dreams had everything we needed, in fact there was almost too much choice. Our assistant Dan was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us very clearly, without being too pushy.

The assistant that served us was highly knowledgeable very friendly I knew what she was talking about

Natalie was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products she was selling, not a pushy sales person but there every time we needed her!

We were welcomed and looked after very well by Dan who had a GREAT manner: courteous, NOT pushy, though with great knowledge of products and he probably made the difference between us placing the order while in the store. Well done & Thank you Dan
