Dinesh was great in understanding our needs and was patient in explaining the pros and cons of each of the products. We initially were hesitant in putting down a deposit but came back on a second visit and he remained as helpful and friendly as the first time round

The staff member who helped me used your Sleepmatch system to help find a number of possible mattresses for me to choose from. This was especially useful as my husband was not able to come with me. When he showed me the recommended mattresses you had in store, he answered all my questions, but never hurried me. He had many years experience at Dreams, so could remember the bed we bought from you 13 years ago, which we loved, and could tell me how the firmness of the mattresses I was trying compared with our current bed. He didn’t push me to decide immediately, so I went home to discuss the options with my husband. When I returned the following day, the staff member was as patient as the previous day. He explained how the process for returning the mattress works, should we not be happy with it, and the benefits of your Bedcover scheme, which I ended up buying with the mattress.

Chris, James and Bea were all amazing and tended to all my needs. Very friendly and easy to deal with, whilst providing impeccable service, paired with excellent knowledge. Not pushy at all, I felt like I could take my time to choose the right bed and mattress for me.

Service was efficient and prompt. Very good knowledge of the stock. Computerized measurement to select right mattress for me worked really well.

Attended branch not knowing what to expect with my highly active 5yr old daughter. assistant James + colleagues treated us kindly dealt with such professionalism I was blown away that my daughter didn't want to leave. Lol

When me and my friend walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Larry. Larry was friendly, took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find exactly it. He even advised on colour as I was trying to choose an option that would complement well the colour of the bedroom wood floor. I was surprised by availability, as these days you walk into a store and "sure thing, we can deliver in 20 weeks". Nope, availability was great, as was customer service. I will probably need another bed in the very near future, and I will be coming returning to Dreams!
