Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

James at the dreams London- west end on Tottenham Court Road has been amazing at showing us everything and offering us tea, coffee and water and generally being really nice and fun to chat to. He helped us pick out a bed frame and a nice mattress and listened to our needs and even had us take the mattress simulator test. When I go back to dreams I’m going to make sure I go to his branch as he has been so helpful! Please make sure he gets praise!!

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. I tried the sleepmatch machine and then was shown beds that matched the results so it felt like I was trying relevant mattresses only. I was allowed to try mattresses for as long as I wanted and go back second and third times round! I was also impressed with the price of my mattress and that I was helped to find something within my budget.

Bea who helped us wasvery knowledgeable and pleasant and the whole thing was very quick and efficient

Bea was very thorough. She told us how she was going to help us from the start to the end, e.g. sleeping on the mattress to figure what mattress was suitable for us, then try sleeping on different mattresses… etc.

First time buying a bed and mattress, great customer service and product knowledge from James. Made the buying process very easy for us.

Helpful assistant

All assistants were very friendly and highly knowledgeable, specially Slawomir at the london West End shop. They took as much time as i needed to feel the perfect bed and did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable when trying beds.

The gentleman who was assisting me was very friendly and helpful. He demonstrated flexibility with delivery dates that he really helped in my situation.

Really friendly sales person, he took time to listen to me and my 9 year old daughter and was patient showing us the options. Then I was impressed at the short lead time for delivery of the bed.

Outstanding and attentive service. Greeted at the entrance and was walked through available options in my budget with great knowledge. Lots of options given.
