Richardo's excellent customer service. He made us feel welcomed and looked after. He was polite and attentive, and we feel like he really cares about solving a problem for us instead of just pushing for a sale. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Any company should be lucky to have him.

The name of the person helping us was Dinesh. His customer service was outstanding, he was very helpful and friendly. His product knowledge was amazing and we was really happy with his suggestions and recommendations.

Employees were both knowledgeable and friendly which made it easy to learn my needs. The ability to ask questions about any aspect and get a solid answer was beneficial to discover a mattress to suit me.

The staff was very helpful and patient. Took us about an hour because we tried different mattresses and frames. He also helped us check more options online.
