HAd a lot of choice for disabled people to choose from sales assistamt was friendly listened to out needs understood our needs wasnt pushy and made us feel relaxed and not rushed into decision making

This was our second visit, on the first visit we were welcomed by Magnus, who helped us with with the selector machine and he took us to the three mattresses it recommended. We then spent quite a long time testing and narrowed it down to two. We returned two days later for another trial and decided on a Tempur but then noticed another but dearer Tempur and after consultation with Marcus decided on that one ! Most impressed with the service and attention and now looking forward to delivery.

Staff where very friendly and not pushy at all we could stroll around on our own and then someone was there when needed. They talked through the products with you and where happy to spend as much time with you as was needed. We went on the new technology of the dream machine which gives us even more information on what to buy. When you sit down to do the order you are then given a choice of hot drink which was nice. I was even given information on places to do karaoke as well an added bonus for me as I love karaoke 🗣.

They had what I wanted, though it was expensive. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful in looking in to my requirements, checking back my previous order to make sure I purchased the correct headboard to match.

We had already pre-selected a bed frame and came to the store to try mattresses. We were approached by a staff member, explained our situation and she very sensibly suggested the scanner machine to determine the best mattress. With this information the selection process was then very simple.

We were on holiday in Torquay and decided to take up the current offers. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by the sales person Stephen who got us to take the mattress test and then listened to our needs and went through all available options. He sold us what we required and not the most expensive combination available. Altogether a very simple pleasant shopping experience.
