Dreams - Torquay

I was highly satisfied as the Store was clean, staff had very good knowledge and put me at ease. They let me lie on the bed and recommended me a suitable bed. For such a highly considered purchase they gave me time to think about it.

My daughter took me to the Torquay store on Monday afternoon. We got the undivided attention of salesman Paul who took nearly an hour attending to my needs of a new mattress and pillow for medical reasons after putting me under the Sleepmatch machine. We were offered drinks and allowed to sit on the beds to discuss after testing. A pleasant and informal shopping expedition which I was not expecting, so thank you very much.

Stephen was great, he was really helpful and great as i had my children with me.

On returning to our local store we were able to see Jenny whom we'd seen previously and discussed our needs.She never rushed us or was in anyway pushy.She made us feel at ease from start to finish.Thankyou.

The salesmen was very knowledgeable. He didn’t pressurise me at any time so I never felt as though I was rushed, I could take my time to reach a decision.

I was greeted in a friendly polite manor and was asked if I had anything specific in mind. The lady’s knowledge of the products in store was excellent and she put no pressure upon us which made the whole process of buying a pleasant experience that Is very rare.

I phoned the store in Torquay and my call was answered immediately and Elizabeth was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant

Just satisfied with the service we found as soon as we walked through the door and the young lady whose name was Jenny was very knowledgable on what we wanted ten out of ten,I would highly recommend to family and friend if they were looking to buy a bed or just a mattress go to Dreams. Xx

Jenny the sales assistant was really most helpful and informative regarding which mattresses would be the best option for me. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so friendly and polite. Both my daughter and I commented on how helpful she was.
