Stephen was very helpful no pressure to purchase and plenty of information on all the beds and was offered a lovely coffee.

Steve was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses we viewed...he gave us time to think,wasn’t pushy about the sales and showed higher and lower priced products without being biased towards the more expensive items

Great service, used digital device to map body for best mattress to suit. Found bed frame in a small double size to fit the room and the mattress with the correct firmness to fit the bed frame.

From the moment we were greeted in the store by a chap called Dudley, we were shown around, shown products we were interested in, shown different options (ie bed frames / mattress firmness). He left us alone to browse and was available to help when we were ready. The experience was very good. It was more expensive than we anticipated, but as Dudley pointed out, we do spend a lot of time in bed so it’s a good investment!

The staff member we saw, Dudley was lovely. Helpful and informative and a good sense of humour.

The member of staff, Stephen, was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in, he was friendly, but very helpful and professional in his manner. We had not anticipated the products being as expensive as they were and spent a lot more than we expected. We were not pressurised in anyway by sales talk, but much appreciated the experience of the bed specialist at the store. We look forward to the delivery of the two beds we chose.
