Dreams - Torquay

Our server, Elizabeth came to chat with us and find out what sort of bed and mattress we were looking for. She suggested which beds to look at and which mattress to avoid based on the information we had given. She then left us alone to look for ourselves and for us to identify what we liked. She then took our order information once we had decided on the bed and mattress we would like. We found Elizabeth easy to talk to and very informative on all the bedding stocked. She even suggested a side sleeper pillow (we purchased 2) and can honestly say they were fantastic as we tried them that night. We found the whole experience a joy.

I come to dreams because my wife died and I need a new single mattress and a lovely young man called Jacob served me and put me on the big fancy machine in the front of the shop and then took me to the correct mattress for me after 2 hours of trying mattress I finally knew what one I wanted and the sales person didn’t make me feel pressured into buying it or trying to push the sale he was just trying to make sure it was 100% the right mattress for he is a credit to the company and is a very delightful young man

Thee man who served me in Torquay was very helpful and could not do enough for me I went to dreams in Poole and the service there was nothing like I got in. Torqauy I walked out of Poole shop and decided to try Torqauy one near we’re I loved and must say it was a different experience

I purchased my child’s first bed with help from a lovely man named Dudley (Torquay store) He was a great help. Also carried the mattress out to the car.

You had exactly what I wanted The price was high but I needed it so bought it.
