Dudley was extremely knowledgable and patient. He used the scanner machine, added in a mattress cover and give me a drink.

Magnus was very Patient and helpful

No pushy sales technique used, we were approached, given some advice and then left to discuss/look at beds at our own leisure. When we had made out decision the lady immediately saw to us and assisted us with our purchase, couldn’t have asked for better service.

We did the sleep match, Dudley was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us find our mattress, we bed hopped our way round almost every one, but kept retreating back to the one we purchased
