Because the assistant knew what she was doing and was very knowledgable it was a pleasurable , and a pleasant experience.

Staff were polite and approachable. The store was clean, tidy and had plenty of hygiene facilities for protecting customers because of the Covid-19 issue. I found a mattress that suited my needs and price. I even received a 10% discount as a member of the Defence Discount scheme. The mattress was available for me to take away. I have since used the mattress and it is very comfortable.

The assistant Jacob (279)was very attentive to ours needs and concerns as to the covid19 and the need to social distance, he explained fully and made us feel both safe and secure that all precautions were there for our wellbeing and the members of staff.Jacob took the time to explain each product we tested and listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for, he spent time answering our many questions(and there were many) and never made us feel that we were an inconvenience or a bother. The whole experience was enjoyable, which was something i never thought would happen especially with all the restrictions in place, Well Done Dreams and Jacob.
