When I entered the shop I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, I was greeted by a member of staff (Paul) and offered assistance. I felt as if I had been listened to and quickly managed to narrow down which beds were suitable for me. My order was dealt with quickly and in a very friendly but professional manner. My only slight disappointment was not being able to leave with a definite delivery date

The gentleman Stephen was extremely helpful in helping us find a mattress explained the options available and different products materials, very professional and even communicated with our kids.

The sales person Elizabeth was excellent and made the whole process a pleasure. Excellent product knowledge, gave us all the time we needed and helped us choose the right mattress for us. Will happily recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The experience was above expectation I didn't expect to be personally escorted and have all options explained to me in detail the way they were.

The customer service rep was excellent. She couldn't have been any more friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy, giving us plenty of time to discuss our purchase between ourselves.

Helpful Friendly sales staff met all of our needs in store

We were greeted at the front of the store by Stephen who asked us what we were looking for and took us to the sleep match computer which prooved very helpful in choosing a mattress. Stephen was very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about the beds, so much so that not only did we buy the mattress that we intended to we bought a kingsize adjustable bed and mattress. When paying for the goods we were offered seating and a drink which was helpful as I am disabled on leaving the store Stephen helped us to the car with our pillows etc. All in all I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend anyone to use your Torquay store.
