Because of covid we were greeted by a very polite and helpful young man we used the hand sanitizer and the bed and pillows were covered before the computer could tell us what mattress would be best for us . My husband tried each mattress I am disabled find it difficult to get on or off the bed so my husband did the rest . The young man was very helpful .
