The gentleman who greeted us was welcoming and friendly. He was not pushy and understood what it's like for customers. He was knowledgeable on products/services and explained things clearly so it's was easy for us to understand. The best thing was that he had plenty of time for us to keep trying different (and the same) beds multiple times and did not at all make us feel rushed or unwelcome. This way we felt confident in what we were wanting to purchase and didn't need to go home to think about it, which in turn resulted in a close to £1000 sale. I believe his name was Steven from the Torquay store.
