I was looked after as soon as i walked through the door. It was a relaxing and stress-free experience. I was very happy to be told i would receive a newly made mattress so i was happy to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. When it arrived the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful, even thought the space was tight to mannover the mattress they managed and stayed professional. I would highly recommend this company again!

I was purchasing for my house bound parent. I explained what she would like and I was shown items and talked through everything also was able to book afternoon delivery and have old bed taken away.

Salesman (Jacob) was extremely helpful and spent time explaining everything. He was very patient and gave us explicit information when we asked questions. As a disabled pensioner who suffers with a lot of pain, having a comfortable bed is extremely important and Jacob was happy to spend time and let us make sure we were happy with our choice before ordering.
