We were able to book our appointment ahead of time so it suited us. On arrival there were both sanitizer and gloves available plus water was offered in safe sealed bottles. We were able to use the mattress to see what suited us best with disposable napkins for safety and talked through all our options so we actually understood what was good for us specifically and why. We were then show. Several mattresses and beds at varying prices for our needs and it didn’t feel as though we were being steered in any direction in terms of price or availability, it was what we wanted. We were talked through insurance when we mentioned we had pets which was a great idea and something we hadn’t thought of and was even able to get a pillow to help my partners sleep needs.
