Salesperson was very approachable & had good product knowledge

Greeted by a lovely friendly man called Dudley & he asked us what we were looking for , he explained all Easter deals & let us know what he thought we needed as we hadn’t brought. Complete new bed for several yeArs . It was for our son & Dudley explained what a divan was I didn’t know. We laughed & other staff were able to be involved with the humour which was great for customer experience. We were given bottles of water & we sat & sorted out delivery, bed delivery free of charge & given the disposable bags to put old bed etc in & expained about text the day before delivery with a two hr window 👍. The whole shopping lasted about 1/2 hr & that was great as we hate spending hrs in shops especially when it was a lovely ☀️Day . We also were allowed to bring our baby chihuahua in shop which was in my husband s arms all the time so we could look together . Our bed & everything cost us just under £1400 . The only thing I did think that the old bed could have been disposed off if you spend over £1200 . Thank you & I do hope the delivery & assembling of the bed on the 20th may goes as efficient & excellent as service in the store

Very knowledgeable staff member who listened to what we wanted .He guided us around and gave helpful advice and suggestions with many choices,

On arrival the staff was very approachable and kind, they offered us a drink and it felt very comfortable talking to them. I was looking for a mattress for my daughter and the shop assistant Elizabeth was very kind, lovely and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed talking to her.

Shop staff were knowledgeable and gave us time to make our choices without pressure or time constraints. Only observation is that you might like to stock some higher end beds in the store

From the moment I entered the store I felt very confident in the staff member, his knowledge and the explanation/description/suitability of the products available were very good.

We were attended to as soon as we entered he shop and the salesman went out of his way to accommodate us with a bed and base that was on the floor ready to be taken.

Dudley was very helpful but not intrusive when we were first looking. He was very knowledgeable of the products and when we asked if there were any ex display models showed us a base and headboard which was exactly what we wanted and very good value.

My wife had a health issue which meant the colleague had to be understanding and to offer assistance in finding the right bed but also understanding of health problems whilst looking around the store at Torquay. The colleague was extremely helpful and coudln't recomend it highly enough
