Booked an appointment online, was greeted as soon as I arrived. Things were explained very well and I didn't feel pressured into buying. Health and safety was very good due to covid.

Steve was very knowledgable on all of the mattresses in the shop. He was not pushy and showed us a lot of options. Myself and my girlfriend both got taken onto the bed which calculates what firmness we needed. I have talked to my clients about Steve's knowledge and how nice he was. We then came back in today and purchased a mattress and bed frame along with the 5 year cover today. Very happy with the whole process and looking forward to receiving the bed.
