Upon entering the store, there were disposable gloves, handgel and I checked us in on the track and trace. We were asked if we would like help or just wanted to look around. I said what we were looking for and were shown several options and given recommendations. We were provided with a disposable sheet and covered pillow for trying pyt the mattresses. Upon making a decision, it was very efficiently sorted out, payment, delivery. We were offered bottled water which was very kind. Would definately return.
