We were greeted very quickly and used the SleepMatch service which provided us with 2 styles. The sales associate took us through all of our options and even let us try different firmness of our favourite mattress. We were also provided the opportunity to try a cheaper alternative. After deciding the mattress that we wanted to buy we discussed the pricing and the associate helped us decide which frame we would like. We then went away to buy another day. When we went back in to store, Jacob remembered us and knew exactly what we were looking for. He processed everything really quickly and also provided us with different options for our 30 month interest free plan. He explained that we have a 10 year guarantee on the mattress, explained how to set the new divan base up and arranged for removal of our old mattress and divan. He was extremely helpful from start to finish and we are really excited to get our items delivered in only 5 days!
