Jenny who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful Nothing was too much trouble for her She listened to all of my requirements and found me the best matched product in my price range She also informed me of sale options Because of her the whole experience was extremely streamline

I was purchasing a mattress on behalf of an elderly disabled person ...which involved several phone calls to him and a need for alot of help and advice from the staff in order to make the correct selection. I was given as much time as I needed and all the help and advice I could ask for. Very much appreciated and the final choice seems to be the right one for him.

Jenny the saleswoman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (which would have put us off). We came in to browse and ended up happily making a purchase which we felt confident in. She was also very accommodating of our 4 year old which we had with us. Fantastic service.
