Very attentive and knowledgeable staff but not pushy

Steve was so helpful. We bought our double bed from him about 1 & 1/2 years ago and this time we were on the look out for a bed for our little boy. He was helpful in showing us the types of beds you have & showing us exactly what our little boy wanted. Everywhere was so clean & safe due to COVID. Hand sanitizer was everywhere when needed. The ordering was made so easy by Steve.

This is the first time I have visited dreams and the first time I have bought a mattress in store rather than online. The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have really struggled to find the right mattress due to lower back problems. I really liked the mattress selector bed that helped us choice the correct mattress for us. We where shown loads of different options and then the gentleman left us to choose which I liked as there was no pushy salesman tactics but he was there if we need any help. We picked and mattress and was shocked that we only had to wait a month for delivery which I thought was really good as another beds store couldn't deliver for 2 months just before Xmas. I will definitely go back to dreams and will recommend them to friends and family. We need a new bed frame so will be revisiting.
