The speed of greeting and the approach of the staff member were just right. The equipment used to estimate the correct mattress was great fun and very appropriate. We were invited to try both mattresses and pillows and were informed of the insurance cover available and the benefits of mattress protectors in a very professional and courteous manner. The package of items which we chose and the overall price were very competitive

From the moment we stepped into the store Jacob was very attentive & helpful. He answered all questions & concerns, pointing out the best mattress for my needs. I was extremely happy with the delivery time, being able to receive it earlier if I had been available.
